Chitwan. Chitwan National Park has arrested 128 individuals since last July in connection with various cases. According to the park's information officer, Avinash Thapa Magar, the highest number of arrests were for illegal fishing.The park took action against 70 people arrested for illegally fishing in the Rapti River. Similarly, action was taken against three for rhino-related cases, five for pangolin cases, 11 for collecting ferns, 30 for illegal fodder and firewood collection, one for killing birds, four for entering the national park without permission, and four others.During this period, the office has registered four different types of cases in court....
