Case filed against Manoj Pandey at Kathmandu District Court

KATHMANDU, June 16: A case has been filed against Manoj Pandey, director of ‘Model Global Visa Consultancy’ in Kathmandu District Court. He has been accused of raping young girls. The District Attorney Office, Kathmandu, on Wednesday filed two cases, ‘Human Trafficking’ and ‘Child Sexual Abuse’ against Pandey.

KATHMANDU, Feb 7: The Kathmandu District Court has convicted Manoj Kumar Pandey in the case of child sexual abuse and human trafficking. The bench of District Judge Deepak Dhakal found Pandey guilty in the human trafficking case and sentenced him to seven and a half years imprisonment and ordered him to pay a fine of Rs 130,000 to the victim.
