Kathmandu. Nepal Police's Central Investigation Bureau has arrested construction entrepreneur Rishikesh Gauli.The Bureau stated that he was taken into custody based on a complaint that he gained unauthorized access to the data system of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office and altered bid documents before their financial proposals were opened.The arrested Gauli is the operator of Ashish Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd.
