KATHMANDU, May 20: A writ has been filed at the Supreme Court demanding immediate appointment of chief justice today. The writ filed by advocate Santosh Bhandari states that even after two months of retirement of former Chief Justice Gopal Parajuli, the constitutional council is yet to appoint one.
