Kathmandu, November 15 — President Ram Chandra Paudel has returned to Nepal after participating in the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP-29, held in Baku, Azerbaijan. Led by President Paudel, the Nepali delegation departed for Baku on November 10 at the invitation of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev.
