‘Art of cinema matters, not budget’

MUMBAI, August 27: Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, whose new film 'Babumoshai Bandookbaaz' has released in theatres, said as an artist he is more concerned about the art of cinema rather than focusing on its budget.
