KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has been elected a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Dadeldhura district.
Deuba defeated his nearest contender Sagar Dhakal, an independent candidate by more than 12,000 votes.
To clinch his victory, PM Deuba garnered 25,534 votes while Dhakal collected 13,042 votes.
KATHMANDU, Nov 22: Prime Minister and President of the Nepali Congress (NC) is currently leading the vote count in Dadeldhura district by 4,580 votes.
Of 19,596 votes counted so far, PM Deuba has so far garnered 9,773 votes while his nearest contender Sagar Dhakal, an independent candidate has collected 5,193 votes.
KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba casted his votes for the ongoing election of members of the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assemblies on Sunday.
The general election is currently underway all across the country.
PM Deuba casted his vote from Dadeldhura-based Ashrigram Secondary School Ruwakhola Polling Center.
PM Deuba is also a HoR candidate from Dadeldhura district.
