UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell told the UN Security Council that more than 5,300 Palestinian children had reportedly been killed since October 7.
"Reportedly more than 3,450 children killed; staggeringly this rises significantly every day," he said. "Gaza has become a graveyard for thousands of children."
