Residents of Rapti Sonari and Narainapur rural municipalities of Banke district have expressed happiness for getting electricity for the first time during Tihar festival.
Exchanging their happiness with Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications of Lumbini Province Tilak Sharma and Provincial Assembly Member of Lumbini Province Krishna KC, who arrived in Baghauda to inspect the area immediately after Tihar, they said that this year's festival was historic for them.
