Apex court to conduct hearing on Sapkota’s writ petition against appointments in constitutional bodies on Sunday

KATHMANDU, Feb 5: The Supreme Court on Friday registered a writ petition filed by Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Agni Prasad Sapkota, seeking the invalidation of the recent appointments in various constitutional bodies.
