Kathmandu. Amidst continuous student protests and strong political pressure in India, a strict bill to prevent 'paper leaks' has been passed by both houses of parliament. The 'Public Examination Amendment Bill, 2026', passed by the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, was also passed by the Rajya Sabha with a majority on Thursday.Immediately after the bill was passed, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi issued a video message to the nation on Thursday night, assuring the countrymen.
