SC upholds five years jail-term awarded to Deepak Manange
KATHMANDU, Jan 16: Supreme Court has upheld the decision of five years jail-term awarded to the newly elected member of Provincial Assembly from Manang Rajiv Gurung alias Deepak Manange.

KATHMANDU, Oct 12: Deepak Manange has been elected Gandaki Provincial Assembly member unopposed.
Deepak Manange was elected unopposed after Dorje Lama Gurung, an independent candidate, withdrew his candidacy.
Manange will now be declared winner after completing formalities.
The election of the federal and provincial level is scheduled for November 20 later this year.
