KATHMANDU, July 30: Kulman Ghising, Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, who reached Osho Tapoban, has stayed silent since Friday evening.
KATHMANDU, Aug 11: Kulman Ghising has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) of the Nepal Electricity Authority.
The Council of Ministers appointed Ghising as the MD of NEA as proposed by the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.
According to a minister, Ghising was informed about his appointment over the phone.
Meanwhile, the Cabinet also decided to transfer present MD Hitendra Dev Shakya to the Water Resources and Energy Commission.
