The Nepal America International Film Festival (NAIFF), organised by the Nepal America Film Society based in Maryland, has announced its opening and closing night screenings.
The Red Suitcase, which was selected for the 80th edition of the Venice Film Festival is all set to release on April 12 across Nepal. Nevertheless, the filmmakers released a press statement on April 7 stating that it would not be showcased in the QFX chain, which created a stir throughout the Nepali film industry. Coming of such an unexpected decision from The Red Suitcase team, surprised hundreds of film enthusiasts.
