Kathmandu. Three drivers driving vehicles after consuming drugs (lapshe) have been taken under control by the traffic police in Kirtipur, Kathmandu. They were arrested during a special checking conducted on Tuesday in front of the Tribhuvan University (TU) gate in Kirtipur Municipality Ward Number 10. Among those arrested are the drivers of an electric microbus, a JCB, and a DI vehicle.
