Over 6.2 Million Vehicles Registered Nationwide

Kathmandu. The number of registered vehicles across the country has been found to be above 6.2 million. According to the details published by the Ministry of Finance, the total number of vehicles has reached 6,249,732 as of the end of Falgun in the current fiscal year. Only 281,921 vehicles were registered by the end of Falgun in the current fiscal year. Among the registered vehicles, more than 5 million are motorcycles.Similarly, 4,114,181 driving licenses (smart cards) have been issued by the end of Falgun.
