A hearing has begun in the Supreme Court on a habeas corpus petition filed by political analyst Bharat (Bharatmani) Dahal.The habeas corpus petition of Dahal has started being heard by a joint bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Sunil Kumar Pokharel.
