Kathmandu. The work of removing encroached settlements on the banks of the Bagmati and its tributaries in the Kathmandu Valley continued on Saturday. Under the coordination of the Federal Government and Kathmandu Metropolitan City, houses and huts on the banks of the Bishnumati River and Dhobi Khola River in Ward-16 of KMC, Balaju, are being removed today. Illegal structures in areas including Swoyambhu, Balaju-Gongabu Buspark, and Devinaagar are being removed.
