Kathmandu. Currently, monsoon winds are influencing some parts of Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati provinces, a few parts of Gandaki province, and the eastern part of Lumbini province. The rest of the areas are partially influenced by westerly and local winds, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. As a result, the Himalayan and hilly regions of the country are generally cloudy. The Tarai regions have partly cloudy skies.
