Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower to issue IPOs worth Rs 80 million

KATHMANDU, September 19: The Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower is all set to issue 800,000 units of primary shares worth Rs 80 million to the general public from September 27. The company recently distributed 400,000 units of  Initial Public Offering (IPO) to project-affected locals of Nuwakot district. Of the allotted units for the general public, 40,000 will be for mutual funds, 13,000 for employees of the company and 744,000 for the general public. The interested ones can apply for the primary shares from September 27 to 30. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10  and  a maximum of 50 units. Civil Capital Market has been appointed the issue manager of the IPO.
