Makwanpur. The Bagmati Provincial Assembly has passed motions to consider two separate bills. During Thursday's session, the assembly approved the motions for the Bill to Manage Provincial Financial Procedures and Financial Responsibility, and the Bill to Manage Provincial Water Supply and Sanitation.Deputy Speaker Apsara Chapagain presented the motions for a decision, which were tabled by Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Prabhat Tamang and Minister for Water Supply, Energy, and Irrigation Krishna Kumar Tamang, respectively.
