Residents of the squatter settlement along the Manohara riverbank in Bhaktapur have begun moving their belongings today as authorities prepare to deploy bulldozers to clear encroached structures. Despite yesterday's stone-pelting incident, residents are now voluntarily relocating their goods, with assistance from the Nepal Police. A heavy security presence has been maintained in the area since early this morning.
