Kathmandu. The Election Commission has issued further directives to the election code of conduct monitoring officers. The Commission today instructed the effective implementation of special conduct that must be adhered to from today until the polling stations close on the day of voting.The House of Representatives election is scheduled for this coming Falgun 21.
