UN Aid Convoy Enters Kobani After Blockade Lifted; Clashes Resume

Kathmandu. Following the lifting of the blockade in Syria, 24 trucks carrying aid materials entered the Syrian city of Kobani with the support of the United Nations. According to the UN humanitarian agency, the convoy delivered food, nutritional supplies, health materials, sanitation supplies, winter necessities, kitchen utensils, and materials for children to the city of Kobani. Furthermore, arrangements have been made to resume water supply to Kobani and surrounding villages by supplying fuel to the water center via two fuel tankers.However, reports have emerged of renewed clashes in areas surrounding Kobani after the 24 trucks carrying materials entered.
