Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that Russia will take retaliatory action if Western countries seize Russian commercial ships.Speaking on Wednesday during the final phase of Russian naval exercises in the Pacific Ocean, Putin said that officials from some countries are trying to obstruct the movement of Russian economic entities' ships and other peaceful vessels by violating international maritime law.
