KATHMANDU: Tihar, the second day of Yamapanchak, is being celebrated today by worshipping and giving sweet food to the dog. Meanwhile, Nepal Police has celebrated Kukur Tihar by organizing a special program in Sanu Thimi of Bhaktapur today.
On the occasion of, the second day of Yamapanchak, Kukur Tihar celebration was successfully completed today, Monday, where a program was organized at Nepal Police Headquarters Crime Investigation Department Canine Office Maharajganj.
KATHMANDU, Oct 24: Kukur Tihar, a day to worship dogs, is being observed across the country on Monday.
People worship the dog, garland it and offer delicious food to it in Kukur Tihar.
The Nepal Police also celebrated this festival.
