According to NA Spokesperson Krishna Prasad Bhandari, Pandey's resignation letter has been sent to the Defence Ministry from the NA Headquarters.

KATHMANDU, July 13: Attorney General Ramesh Badal has resigned from his post.
The government's chief legal advisor submitted his resignation to the President today, through the Prime Minister, as a new government is to be formed after the Supreme Court's verdict.
"I have resigned from my post. I have handed the resignation to the Prime Minister," Badal said, talking to RSS.
He was appointed to the post on March 21, 2021 and remained in office for three months and 21 days.
