Kathmandu. Janastha's Chief Editor Kishore Shrestha has been taken into police custody and formally handed a detention order. The District Police Range, Kathmandu, has issued an order to keep him in police custody for investigation on charges of violating personal privacy. According to the detention order issued by the police, the case against Shrestha has been advanced based on a complaint filed by Deepika Singh. The order names the Government of Nepal as the plaintiff and Kishore Shrestha as the defendant.
