KATHMANDU, May 8:Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said he will not be attending a meeting of the Constitutional Council as the leader of the main opposition party.
Issuing a press statement today, the main opposition leader and former Prime Minister has accused that the government promulgated the ordinance relating to the Constitutional Council by going against the spirit of the constitution and the move was capable of destroying the constitutional structures.
