Police urge for safety rules for citizens during Tihar festival
Kathmandu, Oct 15: The public has been urged to immediately report any suspicious or unwanted incidents occurring in their homes or communities during the Tihar festival. Issuing a public notice today, the District Police Range, Kathmandu, called on all citizens to celebrate the festival in a cheerful and responsible manner.
