Krishna Prasad Paudel elected unopposed as Chairman of National Assembly's Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee

Kathmandu. Krishna Prasad Paudel has been elected unopposed as the Chairman of the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee under the National Assembly. The committee meeting held on Tuesday selected Paudel for the chairmanship.The meeting was held under the chairmanship of the committee's senior member, Mahanta Thakur. Chairman Thakur announced that Paudel was elected unopposed as he was the sole candidate proposed for the position.
