France summons Israeli envoy over attack on Lebanon UN peacekeepers
(AFP) France said on Friday it had summoned the Israeli ambassador after UN peacekeepers in Lebanon said Israeli fire on their headquarters wounded two staff.

Nepal has condemned the recent attacks on the UNIFIL (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon) peacekeepers. Following a joint statement by the 34 UNIFIL-contributing countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of Nepal said in its message in X (known as Twitter earlier) on Tuesday that such actions must stop immediately and should be adequately investigated.
