Kathmandu. The hearing on the writ petition challenging the nullification of the candidacy of Resham Lal Chaudhary, patron of the Nagarik Unmukti Party Nepal, has concluded. The hearing on Chaudhary's writ was completed in the single bench of Judge Balkrishna Dhakal.Chaudhary approached the Supreme Court after the Election Commission rejected his nomination filed from Kailali Constituency No. 1.
