KATHMANDU, Sept 13: The Election Commission (EC) has started the process of printing ballot papers for the Federal Parliament and Provincial Assemblies elections to be held on November 20.
KATHMANDU, May 12: The Election Commission (EC) has maintained that all preparations for the local polls are completed.
The country is going for local polls on May 13.
Surya Prasad Aryal, spokesperson for the poll body organizing a press conference, maintained that all sorts of preparations for the local polls have been completed.
Polling booths have been set up, ballot papers are ready as the country will elect new local governments across the country on Friday.
The Election Commission has printed 17,775,000 ballot papers for 72 districts and it has already dispatched 5,180,000 ballot papers to 33 districts. Local polls are scheduled for May 13.
