KATHMANDU, June 23: The Associate Professor of Tribhuwan University, Prem Chalaune, who was on a hunger strike for the past five days will end his hunger strike at 1 pm today. He was on a hunger strike as a protest to the decision of the court to take back the case against those who attacked him.
Assistant Professor Prem Chalaune has staged a fastunto-death hunger strike in front of the office of the vice-chancellors at Tribuvan University in Kirtipur after the government decided to drop an attempt to murder case against his attackers.
