Kathmandu. Nuwakot's Kispang Rural Municipality Chairman Birbal Tamang was arrested from Singha Durbar on Monday afternoon. He was arrested while leaving a meeting called by Prime Minister Balen Shah with local body representatives affected by the flood in Bhote Koshi on August 10.
