Security arrangements have been tightened in the border areas of Banke targeting the House of Representatives election scheduled for Thursday.Banke's Chief District Officer Dilkumar Tamang informed that high alert has been maintained and security measures have been strengthened along the Nepal-India border in Banke to ensure the election is conducted peacefully.According to him, movement has been restricted through the main Nepal-India border crossing at Jamunaha as well as other auxiliary crossings.
