Patan (Lalitpur), Jan 1: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported that the ongoing influence of westerly winds will lead to widespread fog and mist in most parts of the Terai this afternoon, while some provinces may experience partly cloudy skies.Currently, fog is prevalent across the Terai region. The department notes that there is partial cloud cover in the Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, with similar partly cloudy conditions expected in Lumbini Province and the high hill and Himalayan regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim.
