Police have arrested Shanti Tiwari on charges of involvement in an unjust transaction. SP Pawan Bhattarai of the Kathmandu District Police Range told Ratopati that the 53-year-old Tiwari, originally from Nawalparasi (Susta East) and residing in Kathmandu, was apprehended from Shanti Nagar.The police arrested her on Falgun 28 on charges of committing an offense related to unjust transactions. Five victims, including Nabina Shahi, filed a complaint against her with the police.The victims told the police that Tiwari demanded 1 crore 4 lakh rupees after investing 57 lakh rupees, and used intimidation tactics....
