Kathmandu. The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has imposed a fine on a shop owner in Durbarmarg. The Metropolitan Police Force fined the shop owner, Pankaj Kumar, 25,000 rupees after a video surfaced on social media showing dust being shaken from a shop mat onto the sidewalk in Ward Number 1 of Durbarmarg.The metropolis stated that the action was taken under administrative penalty regulations....
