Kathmandu. CPN UML Bagmati Province Parliamentary Party has registered a no-confidence motion to remove Jagannath (JN) Thapaliya as the leader. A no-confidence motion against Thapaliya was registered at the UML Province Parliamentary Party office on Wednesday, informed Province MP Kiran Thapa. “A no-confidence motion has been registered with the signatures of 18 people to change the party leader,” Thapa told Ratopati. “The process of changing the party leader has been advanced as per the party’s directive.” Former ministers Krishna Prasad Shiwakoti, Gyan Bahadur Tamang, and Hari Sapkota from Thapa’s side registered the no-confidence motion at the UML Parliamentary Party office.
