Kathmandu, Dec 27: The Election Commission (EC) has determined the categories of individuals to be included in the temporary voter roll for the upcoming March 5 House of Representative (HoR) elections.Employees of the Nepal government, provincial and local governments, as well as institutions owned or controlled by the federal or provincial governments who are listed in the final voter roll will be included as temporary voters.The Commission informed that members of the Nepal Army, Nepal Police and Armed Police stationed in barracks, prisoners in jails, and staff and security personnel deployed for election related duties will also be temporary voters.Individuals...
