Kathmandu. The Chairman of the National Youth Association Nepal, affiliated with the CPN (UML), Kshitij Thebe, has challenged the senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, Balen Shah, to publicly state his official position on Limpiyadhura, Kalapani, and Lipulekh. He issued this challenge while addressing the first meeting of the National Youth Council in Kathmandu on Friday.
