Kathmandu, Dec 31: The Election Commission (EC) has clarified that candidates who previously contested election and submitted and made public their election expenditure details in accordance with the law will not be blacklisted.The Commission made this clarification today with regard to the news reports doing the rounds, stating that even candidates who had submitted their polls expense details were included in the blacklist.Commission's Spokesperson, Narayan Prasad Bhattarai, clarified that the Commission has imposed fine on those failing to make public their election expenses as per the prevailing law in the parliamentary election in 2079 BS.Spokesperson Bhattarai informed that such candidates...
