Makawanpur, Dec 18: Opposition parties in the Bagmati provincial assembly have demanded convening of the winter session of the provincial assembly.The CPN (Maoist Center), the CPN (Unified Socialist) and the Hamro Nepali Party submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniya on Wednesday, demanding the winter session.
