Lalitpur, Dec 20: Minister for Communication and Information Technology Jagadish Kharel has urged voters to cast vote to those who could bring in positive changes in the country.At a programme organized by an academic institution in Lalitpur on Saturday, Minister Kharel stressed that the leadership that could ensure positive changes should be voted in the March 5 election.
