Bhadrapur (Jhapa), Dec 27: Exports of cardamom have increased by 60.1 percent as of mid-December in the current fiscal year 2025/26.According to the Mechi Customs Office data, cardamom worth amounting to Rs 5.533 billion was exported during the period.Information Officer at the Office, Ishwor Kumar Humagain, informed that a total of 2622.10 metric tons of cardamom were exported during the five months.In the same period of the earlier fiscal year 2024/25, cardamom of Rs 3.456 billion was exported, he shared.As per the official data, the export of tea during five months of the current fiscal year was decreased by 31.40...
