Kathmandu, Oct 22: The Westerly wind has its influence in the weather system of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces at present. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology stated that the weather will be partly cloudy in the Sudurpaschim Province and other hilly regions of the country, while remaining mainly fair in the rest of the regions.
