Dilliram Prasai, who was appointed as the Joint Controller of Examinations at Tribhuvan University based on a fake academic qualification (Doctorate), has been convicted in a corruption case by the Special Court.On Wednesday, the bench comprising Special Court Chairman Sudarshan Dev Bhatta and Judges Dilliratna Shrestha and Bidur Koirala sentenced Prasai to six months in jail and a fine of 10,000 rupees.
