Leopard Rescued from School Store in Lalitpur, Nepal
Lalitpur. A technical team from the Central Zoo in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, rescued a leopard this morning from the store of Machhapuchhre School in Kusunti Height, Lalitpur.The team rescued the leopard by using a 'dart' with the joint support of the Satdobato Police, the District Forest Office Lalitpur, and the Lalitpur Metropolitan Police team. Central Zoo Chief Satyanarayan Sah informed that the leopard, estimated to be 10 years old and weighing 60 kg, was kept at the zoo's wildlife hospital for treatment after the rescue.
